    Position Highlights

    • Full-time schedule, 4 days per week

Risk Manager / Quality & Compliance Coordinator

  • Hodgeman County Health Center is seeking a Risk Manager / Quality & Compliance Coordinator to support patient safety, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance across our hospital.

    In this role, you will work closely with leadership, providers, and staff to identify risks, support quality initiatives, and help ensure our hospital meets state and federal requirements. This position reports directly to the CEO and plays a key role in maintaining a safe, compliant, and patient-centered environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead risk management and quality assurance activities

    • Coordinate incident investigations, reporting, and follow-up

    • Support regulatory compliance and survey readiness

    • Analyze quality and risk data to identify trends and improvements

    • Chair the Risk Management Committee and collaborate with hospital teams

    • Provide education and guidance related to safety, quality, and compliance

    Qualifications

    • Background in healthcare, business, insurance, law, or a related field

    • Supervisory experience preferred

    • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality improvement principles

    • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
