Our critical access hospital serves as a vital healthcare anchor for our rural community, and we are seeking a Radiologic Technologist who values meaningful patient connections, professional growth, and a pace of work that allows for both excellence and balance.
This role is ideal for new graduates or experienced technologists who want hands-on variety, supportive mentorship, and the chance to grow beyond routine imaging.
Position Highlights
Full-time schedule, 4 days per week
Shared after-hours on-call rotation
Broad scope of practice in a collaborative, close-knit department

About the Role
Perform general diagnostic radiology procedures with a strong focus on patient-centered care
Work directly with providers and patients in a team-oriented rural setting
Develop confidence and autonomy while still having access to support

CT Training Opportunity
CT certification not required
Willingness to train in CT is required
Structured training and real-world experience provided

Hodgeman County Health Center is seeking a Risk Manager / Quality & Compliance Coordinator to support patient safety, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance across our hospital.
In this role, you will work closely with leadership, providers, and staff to identify risks, support quality initiatives, and help ensure our hospital meets state and federal requirements. This position reports directly to the CEO and plays a key role in maintaining a safe, compliant, and patient-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead risk management and quality assurance activities
Coordinate incident investigations, reporting, and follow-up
Support regulatory compliance and survey readiness
Analyze quality and risk data to identify trends and improvements
Chair the Risk Management Committee and collaborate with hospital teams
Provide education and guidance related to safety, quality, and compliance
Qualifications
Background in healthcare, business, insurance, law, or a related field
Supervisory experience preferred
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality improvement principles
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
