Bramley Place is a retirement community dedicated to making retirement living independent and enjoyable. Located to the west of Hodgeman County Health Center’s main building, the complex offers one- and two-bedroom units with individual entrances. Other amenities include a clubhouse and landscaped courtyard, single-car garages, fully equipped kitchens, private bathrooms adjoining the bedroom, a 24-hour emergency call system, bi-weekly housekeeping, and noon meals. Hodgeman County Health Center is responsible for the development and property management, ensuring ownership will remain in the community.

Hodgeman County Health Center allows non-traditional renters, however, due to this still being a retirement community, no family that has children residing with them can rent an apartment.
