Graduate of radiologic technology program accredited by the Joint Review Committee (JRCERT). A valid and current license by Kansas Board of Healing Arts. Valid and current registration with an equivalent radiologic technology credentialing agency. Capable of and/or willing to learn CT and C-arm
To provide safe and effective radiologic services in the Radiology Department, emergency room, surgery and other areas using portable techniques. Set appropriate priorities for care, assessing the complexity of the patients’ condition and the care to be delivered. Identified and documents patient questionnaire information (including BUN, creatinine requirements). Identifies and supports patient care needs, including language, physical/psychological, cultural, religious and educational barriers. Must be able to work independently and be proficient in all areas of radiological procedures Subject to rotating on-call weeknights and weekends. Performs other duties as directed by supervisor.
