Hodgeman County Health Center is seeking CEO/Administrator to provide
leadership for critical access hospital with an attached Long Term Care unit, and
two rural health clinics. The successful candidate must demonstrate a record of
fiscal responsibility, leadership, team building, strategic planning, community
involvement, physician relationship building, excellent personnel skills and a
strong communicator. Responsible to a 5 member governing board.
A bachelor degree preferably in Healthcare Administration or Business. At least
five years in an administrative experience that includes supervision, strategic
planning and effective budgeting. A Masters of Healthcare Administration and
experience in a Hospital and Long Term Care Facility are preferred.
